What's the URL of the page containing the problem?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a user with a password containing the § sign
2. Try to log in with that password
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
User should be able to login but the password is not accepted.

What operating system are you using? What browser?
Ubuntu 12.04, Chromium 18

It's likely that this is no longer an issue, but if it is, it's a problem with django, not Review Board.
