What version are you running?

What's the URL of the page containing the problem?
The reviewboard page is only accessible from within a corporate intranet.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Attempt to publish a review

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect review to be published.  Instead, I get Error Code 200.

Error 200 is returned when attempting to do anything to the review:  Publish, Discard, or Save
