1. close review (submit)
2. add description

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
description have to be added, but it's not there

What operating system are you using? What browser?
review board runs on RHEL6.2 x86_64 with mysql
clients: fedora 17 with chrome 17 and firefox 13
