2610: Add "cc" field for reviewers

What version are you running?

Describe the enhancement and the motivation for it.
It would be nice to have a "cc" field for reviewers who are potentially interested, but not actually intended as targets of the review. For example, if someone is interested in the resolution of the bug that is dependent on the review.

What operating system are you using? What browser?
MacOSX 10.6.8, Chrome

Thanks for the suggestion. I'm not sure it's really worth adding another field. If you just want to let someone know about it, either (a) tell them about it, or (b) add them as a reviewer. It's not an uncommon practice to include in your description a note on what you want certain people to look at. For the case where other users are interested in the review and want to add themselves, that's what the stars are for.
