What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Outside of hp, with active key, adding info to New Review Request
2. Click on Create Review Request
The request is not created and the following messege is shown:
'callback_ssl_client_cert_password_prompt required'
I do have acess directly by url on a browser to the informed svn dir (https://orca.csd200a.com/svn/orca/branches/RB_7_1/orca/source/java/hpio-assist)
