2557: Ability to only send updates in emails, not entire reviews

What version are you running?
1.5.5

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a very large diff (20K lines in example case)
2. Perform a simple review
3. Click publish

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I get a huuuge email (multi-MBs) for each such review.
First there is the actual review (small), but then the original review request (huge) follows.
This makes publishing review very slow (I guess) and causes lots of unnecessary traffic. I'd prefer if the second part wasn't there.

What operating system are you using? What browser?
Linux, Firefox, but it's independent I guess.

Please provide any additional information below.
I searched but couldn't find a similar issue.
This could be a per review request or even per individual review setting.

I'm confused. The emails don't contain the contents of the diffs. What's making it so big?

Weird. For me they do contain the entire diff. Is it possible an installation is configured extra to do that (I am not the admin of it)? Can 1.5.5 (it's reasonably old) be an issue here?

Thanks in advance!

No upstream version has included the diff (even as an option). Perhaps there's some local modification?
