255: dashboard.js missing

The main dashboard page (dashboard.html) references a file called
dashboard.js that does not exist.

If this isn't a placeholder for some future work, I'd suggest just removing
the <script> line.

Thanks. This wasn't supposed to be there :) There was a dashboard.js for like 20 minutes.
