Describe the enhancement and the motivation for it.
On occasion need to see a few more lines of the code near a diff, or see the whole method.  However don't need to see the rest of a long file.

Would be nice to have similar to 'Expand Changes' or for each Change '[Expand]'  to 'Expand modified method' 
or be able to configure additional lines to show (perhaps as per user pref)

The nearest method name is often presented just below the 'expand' option, perhaps this could turn into such a link.
