Describe the enhancement and the motivation for it.
It would be nice if the emails for review requests could be separated from emails for reviews. Some users don't like being notified of every change, so even a way for individual users to turn that off would be nice.
We are using RB to start our review process but typically still have a meeting to go over everything. Getting emails for each review isn't necessary to our workflow.
