What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the review
2. Click the edit icon to edit the description
3. Type and try to enter 'ś' letter with altgr+s (PL keyboard required)
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Instead of getting a 'ś' letter in the description text field you will get a publish/describe changes green form.
What operating system are you using? What browser?
Windows 7, Chrome and Firefox both have issue.
