What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click Submitters
2. Click on a user with a "long email address"
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Summary of individual user requests beginning directly under the row "[user x]'s review requests"
Actual: The user's email address extends the width of the side info section, which (In Chrome) will push the summary list down to after the dashboard-navbar. In Firefox, the navbar overlaps the summary list, but still pushes the summary table to the right by the extra width.
