25: A change chunk followed by added or removed results in one large change chunk

What's the URL of the page containing the problem? /r/#/diff What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Upload a diff containing a changed chunk immediately followed by an add or remove chunk. What is the expected output? What do you see instead? There should be two separate chunks, one change, one add/remove, but instead we get one large change chunk.
