2474: Navigating across a review with multiple pages is difficult when the description is long

Describe the enhancement and the motivation for it.

I have a review that has about 50 files in it, so the diff has been split across 3 pages.  The description for the submission is on the long side (2-3 pages).  When I navigate from page to page, I get left at the top of the page and have to scroll down to get to the list of files.  It would be nice if I could collapse the description section of a review and have the fact that I collapsed it be retained as I navigate around that review.

What operating system are you using? What browser?

This is definitely fixed in newer versions, especially in the 2.0 betas.
