Describe the enhancement and the motivation for it.
Sometimes a review needs an explicit sign off from different functions.  e.g. it might need a code review, a ux review, a docs/text review.  It would be nice to be able to explicitly ask for (and give) ship-it's for different aspects of the review

I don't think we want to add specific UI for this sort of thing. So far we've always encouraged people to use words to indicate what they mean; it's not uncommon for people from different groups to say "I only looked at X file" or "I only looked at the screenshots" when giving their ship-it.
