2411: duplicated email addresses after updating a patch.

What version are you running?
1.6.3

What's the URL of the page containing the problem?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a review
2. Let several people comment your patch
3. Comment in on the reviews.
4. update a new patch version.
5. the email sent has twice the email addresses.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The same mail, but without duplicated email addresses. (I must say this is the first time it happens to me). 

What operating system are you using? What browser?
Linux, Opera 11.52

The one that caused the kde core list to wait approval because too many addresses in the email is (except the duplicated email addresses):

im getting the same thing.  there are duplicate email addresses in the header even though only 1 email is received.

I believe this is fixed. Sounds like the dup CC thing. It'll be fixed in the soon-to-be-released 1.6.4.
