1.Navigate to URL
2.Navigate to a comment not made by submitter
3.Click "Add comment" found on the right
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected an input box with an "OK" and a "cancel" button. Instead only my login name showed with a small pencil to its right. No input box.
What operating system are you using? What browser?
Windows 7, 64 bit. Chrome 15.0.874.121 m
