240: "Unable to parse the server response" when uploading a diff

What's the URL of the page containing the problem?


What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. From the Review page, press "Upload Diff"
2. Select Choose File, browse to diff  .txt file
3. Click Upload
4. See error message "Unable to parse the server response" but it seems the diff uploaded 
anyhow.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?


What operating system are you using? What browser?
OS X, Safari

This was due to the read-only Perforce server being down.
