Currently, there is no way to tell from the dashboard which of my requests are outstanding. I can see how many people have reviewed a request, which is useless, but I can't see which ones I still need to review without clicking on each one.
If you click on the pencil icon on the right hand side of the dashboard, there are additional columns you can add, including "My Reviews". You can also drag the columns around to rearrange them. Is this sufficient?

I don't see "my reviews." I see "my comments" but that doesn't indicate whether or not I have clicked "Ship it."
I'm sorry, I meant "my comments". In that column, there will be a check-mark inside the blue flag if you've marked it as "Ship it".
I already have that column enabled. It sounds like you're saying that if I have commented on a review that I should assume I'm done with it, which is not always the case. The person it goes to may need to make revisions and post an ammendment. Also, if I click ship it, the review still shows up in my dashboard. If I'm done with something, it should get archived. I don't need to see review requests that I have already approved at the top of my dashboard.
