237: Publishing a new request from the 'view diff' view returns 'page not found'

What's the URL of the page containing the problem?

http://reviewboard.eng.vmware.com/r/3419/diff/publish/

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. post-review 123456
2. Go to URL returned by post-review
3. Click 'View Diff'
4. Click 'Publish' to publish the request.
5. Get a 'page not found' error.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Successfully publishing the new review request.  Got a 'page not found error'

What operating system are you using? What browser?

Linux/Firefox 2.0

This has been fixed in svn already, and will get picked up on reviewboard.eng once we
update the server.
