2348: ReviewBoard is very slow, When I upload a big diff file

What's the URL of the page containing the problem?
Upload Diff

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. a big diff file, mime is 9.1 MB
2. Upload it

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
So slow, 9.1 MB diff file is not a very big file. It spend me a hour time to upload it.

What operating system are you using? What browser?
RedHat enterprise 5.3 
Chrome 14
My ReviewBoard Server is 8 CPU and 16G memory

The reviewboard.fcgi process is 100%, but client always uploading. See attach:

9.1MB is an *enormous* file when you're talking about plain text that you're asking people to read: It corresponds to roughly 1000 printed pages that you want your reviewers to look at.

I don't expect to do anything about this.

Also, such a beefy system should never be required even on huge deployments. Do you have memcached set up?
