2342: Mention ~/.post-review-cookies.txt in the post-review page

What's the URL of the page containing the problem?

Describe the problem and any recommendations below.
The document does not mention that after the first time you use post-review to authenticate with a server, the session cookie is recorded to ~/.post-review-cookies.txt and if subsequent calls to post-review omit login credentials the cookie will be used.

Yes please add this to the documentation, took me far too long to find out that it cached the cookie there after logging in as a test-user account.

Can you provide the link to the changeset?  I grepped the repo and could not find the new documentation.

Many, many, many years ago. You don't want to use anything from that old repo.
