This doesn't actually include the error text. I know it's been a while, but can you find it?

I think I see the same problem, albeit when publishing a review. I get "A server error occurred" with the same details.

There is *no* error text in the details view. See the screenshot. I bet for the original problem it is the same.

No idea how to trace that. I enabled debugging and all I got in the log file is

2012-01-26 14:40:40,033 - DEBUG - Logging to /var/www/review/logs/reviewboard.log with a minimum level of DEBUG

So at least logging is enabled. I have yet to see another log message.
