2289: cannot make a review request using post-review utility

Hi!

  I was trying to use post-review command line tool and got the following error:

$ post-review --guess-summary --guess-description
==> Review Board Login Required
Enter username and password for Review Board at https://reviewboard.projects.maemo.org/
Username: divanov
Password: 
==> HTTP Authentication Required
Enter username and password for "projects.maemo.org" at reviewboard.projects.maemo.org
Username: divanov
Password: 

There was an error creating this review request.

The repository path "git@dvcs.projects.maemo.org:/sso/qt/accounts-ui-plugins/skype" is not in the
list of known repositories on the server.

Ask the administrator to add this repository to the Review Board server.
