2237: Review Request Award at the wrong value

1. Post review #1331
2. Expect to not receive an award 
3. Receive an award

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to get an award at 1337, not 1331.

What operating system are you using? What browser?
Mac OS X 10.7, Firefox 5.0.1

Please provide any additional information below.
This is probably not actually a bug, I'm just looking for some clarification as to what 1331 is all about.

1337 was actually discussed once, but no, 1331 is correct :). I'll give you a hint. You'll also see a Fish Trophy at such numbers as 1441, 2992, 10701, 295592, etc. See the pattern?

So that fish is really the palindrome award?

Yep, any palindrome 1001 or higher.
