What steps will reproduce the problem?
Run post-review with options --user --password --submit_as --diff-filename
Do not use -p (publish) option for post-review.
Ensure the --user is superuser or has appropriate permissions to masquerade. .
What is the expected output?
Draft review should be created as the submit_as user, with the diff attached and the summary/description present (if specified in the options list)
What do you see instead?
Draft review is created as the submit_as user, but shows as an empty review when accessed at the given URL - no diff is attached and the summary/description is missing.
What operating system are you using?
Linux 2.6 (Centos) on the RB server

Internet Explorer 8 on the client

Accessing the review using the draft URL given by post-review (i.e. user mode) whether logged in as an admin or the submit_as user, the Description, Summary and diff are blank.
Access the same review directly via Home › Reviews › Review request drafts (i.e. admin mode) shows that the data is in the draft review.
