Add the ability to ping the reviewers via email to remind them they have
outstanding reviews.

You could do this by clicking "Review" on your own diffs and putting in a "ping"
comment...

I think this would be better described as review escalation.  If a review goes for a
pre-configured time, it should be escalated based on a configured path based on
review priority.  That assumes, of course, that reviews can have priority as well.

If we can get to this for 1.0, we will. It's a candidate for a point release after
that, though, just because we already have a lot to do.

I think that the vast majority of people who want to do this either poke their
coworkers in person (nerf dart, thrown banana, etc) or add a "Ping" review to their
own thing. I'd rather keep the UI clean instead of adding another button, since it's
so easy to do right now.
