220: Feature request: configure "expand changes" as default

It would be nice if a user could configure his settings (through "My
Account") such that the diffs presented to them have "Expand changes" by
default. To me looking at expanded changes is easier, it would be cool if I
didn't have to click it each time.

Clicking Expand Changes in the top diff/review request box will do this. It remembers
that you clicked it for next time and will from then on show all diffs expanded.
