What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to a review that has at least one comment on the diff.
2. Underneath this comment, click "Add comment", add some text, and click "OK".
3. Click the pencil icon to edit the comment you just wrote, add some more text, then click OK.
4. Click the pencil icon to edit the comment you just wrote, add some more text, then click OK.
5. Click "Publish".
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Just the latest version of the comment should be published. Instead all three are.
What operating system are you using? What browser?
Linux, Firefox 5.0 browser.
CentOS 5.6 server.
