2181: Draft Must Have Summary... There's no such thing in an update

What's the URL of the page containing the problem?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. use chrome or any other browser
2. attempt to update the review and all I get is draft must contain summary.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

1. close review and create an entirely new one

What operating system are you using? What browser?

Mac OSX

I also have other issues with the text boxes in my chrome browser where multiple lines are inserted for every single character typed in the box.

The summary is at the top of the review request box. See the pencil.

Does your copy say "Review Board beta?" If so, it's years old and is way overdue for an upgrade. That Chrome bug was fixed a very, very long time ago.

I found the pencil. Something was hiding it and it became visible after a reboot.

The chrome inserting returns in the text window: I see version 1.0.1 at the top of the page.

I'm using chrome installed version 12.0.742.122

Okay, yeah, that version is ancient and any bugs you hit are likely to have since been fixed. We've had a total of 15 stable releases since then.
