For whatever reason, I tried publishing a comment to a diff, and the comment box window didn't disappear. I tried clicking the Publish button again, and still nothing happened. I reloaded the review and realized that I submitted twice. The underlying issue is that I didn't receive acknowledgment, but it might be nice to filter duplicates like Slashdot and various other comment systems do.

It's a lot harder to make this happen anymore. I don't really know if it's even all that possible to get yourself into a situation where you can have duplicate comments now. Going to close this out, but if you still manage to hit some repro scenario I'm not thinking about, let me know and I'll reopen it.
