What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try dragging an image over the review request and drop as a screenshot or file attachment.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should upload. It didn't.

Also, it flashes far too much during the process.

What operating system are you using? What browser?
Firefox. Haven't tested this lately on Chrome, but it used to work on Chrome.
