What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Select new review request.
2.Enter the attached file commandlines.txt as the diff file.
3.Will always fail to create a new review with "[Errno 12] Cannot allocate memory".
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect a new review to be created.
What operating system are you using? What browser?
Windows 7. have tried to create with both Chrome and IE9.
Please provide any additional information below.
