What version are you running? 1.6 RC1 What's the URL of the page containing the problem? Any review request page, for example: http://rb.example.com/r/123/ It is my understanding that the uploaded screenshot feature is being altered to allow for generic file types. I suggest that the "Add Screenshot" button's label be altered to better reflect the new functionality. I also noticed that the language on the "upload screenshot" dialog box could use some some similar tweaking. Finally, I noticed similar "screenshot" wording in the drag-and-drop box .
Screenshot uploading and generic file uploading are both different features for now. The original screenshot upload UI isn't going away short-term, as screenshot review is more detailed and specialized than file attachment review. In a future version, we'll consolidate these a bit better. You should see an Add File button and accompanying dialog. Not all the UI is there in 1.6 RC1, and will be in RC2 instead.
