What's the URL of the page containing the problem?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Create a new review request with graphics only option.
2.Upload a C source file using 'Add File' option.
3.Complete and publish the review. Open the incoming review and click on the link of attached file. You can find that no comments can be added on that file.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
We should be able to add comments on the files added using 'Add File' option irrespective of the file type. This what mentioned in release notes.
What operating system are you using? What browser?
Windows XP Professional 32-bit. Firefox 5.0.

The web UI is actually creating a review request with graphics only
option. Then it is allowing to add file of any type. We can open these
added files by clicking the link provided in the review request. But
we cannot comment on this.
