while installing the ip-address is 10.130.98.99 and configure the setup We create some review-requests and updated diff. But, after some time DHCP changes the ip-address to 10.130.98.133, from that time onwards the this error is getting and

even though we change the dynamic ip address to static ip address and keep ip as 10.130.98.99 still the error is coming. 

Could anyone solve this problem?

It looks like you've added an SVN repository with the same IP as your review board installation? That doesn't sound right; the repository needs to be the name of your SVN server.

you are saying exactly right that same IP adddress has assigned for SVN repository and review board installation.

How can we change the ip address for the svn repository. could you provide some any example.
