203: Need an easy way to force a reload from SCM

There should be an easy way (for example, a link on the main review request page) to force Review 
Board to re-retrieve changeset information from the SCM system. Often, I will update the changeset 
description in Perforce after receiving some comments on a review, and I'd like the description on 
Review Board to be updated correspondingly. So far the only way I've discovered to do this (short of 
manually copying and pasting) is to discard and re-create the review request, which isn't viable 
once the review request has been responded to.

You should be using post-review, which does exactly this (and makes it really easy to
create review requests). Vinay can tell you how best to set this up on MacOS X

I'm tempted to just say that people need to use post-review for this.  We don't
necessarily need everything in the UI.
