2018: saved message lost if I goto the "View Reviews" page

What version are you running?

What's the URL of the page containing the problem?

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Goto the revew request URL
2. Goto the diff page and give some comments;
3. Go back to see if any other comments is same with mine;
4. OK, my comment is good. Press the publish button;
5. The comments lost and the ship-ip check box lost too.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The message and the ship-ip should be there;
Now there is a null box.

What operating system are you using? What browser?

WinXP SP2, Chrome 11.

Please provide any additional information below.

Can you include screenshots of the reproduction process? I'm not entirely sure I understand what's going on.

Is there any testing environment for reproducing?

I'm working in a product environment, and not sure all steps can be snapshot.

Will try my best and update if I get any results.
