2016: Ability to integrate source browser tools with Review Board

Describe the enhancement and the motivation for it. As a code-reviewer, Review Board just shows the lines which have changed but there is no-way to look at the related code-segment in other files. It is very useful for reviewer to look at related code. If we can provide ability to integrate and support various source browser tools with Review Board, review process can yield better result.
