2004: when a review is changed, show _who_ changed the review.

It would be nice to see who made a change to a review. For example, if the description is changed, then you see something like the included screenshot. This would apply to all of the changes that can be made against a review.

Its the owner of the review request. Except for administrators, nobody else can make changes. Even when it is an administrator, the actions are done on behalf of the user and we have no record who changed it. I don't see the value for the average user. Can you tell me what reasons you have in mind?

Oh, the permissions were unclear to me since I'm an admin. Feel free to close this or maybe consider updating the text to say:

"Review request changed by owner."
