Use-case== When a review finds a code bug, he opens an issue.
Now the issue gets created as a subtask, another issue as subtask of the Bug-Id provided.
this helps the management to see the efficiency of review as well as developer

Just an input:- try that if reviewer opens an issue i.e files a defect, that particular defect gets created as a subtask of the bug-id provided in review..

That piece of the puzzle -- updating bug reports -- won't be happening until extensions are written after 2.0. There are a lot of bug trackers out there that people expect us to support, and we'd rather not grow the size of the RB codebase with all of them when not all users will need it.

I'm actually going to call this a duplicate of issue 1277, which is the more general tracker for marking comments as "defects"
