What's the URL of the page containing the problem?

http://reviewboard/r/42/diff/ (for example)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Navigate to the Diff Viewer page for a review request.
2. Click the "Upload Diff" link.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to be able to upload a new diff for the review request. Instead I
see a 404 error.

What operating system are you using? What browser?
