Describe the enhancement and the motivation for it.
In my business, we require marking issues identified by reviewers as "not a defect", "deferred", or "fixed". While it is possible to glean this from reading any response from the author, it may be more clear if each comment on a diff could have associated with it several admin-specified fields with arbitrary possible responses (e.g. pick list, open ended, radio buttons, etc.). These could be set to be visible when the comment is made, on the /r/# URL, or both. Another example would be to mark an issue as "high", "medium", or "low/trivial" as many times we may mark some opinions that do not need to be addressed, but we think they should.
