Describe the enhancement and the motivation for it.
Some diffs with many deleted files become huge since the entire contents of the file must be shown on the screen. In many cases this slows down the browser. Usually it's sufficient to see that the file was deleted. There should be a link available to bring up the contents of the file if desired.

I would further suggest that there actually be a "hide deleted content" filter as well.  I am searching through pages and pages of just deleted content for what really matters, which is the new changes that go along with it.
