192: "Upload screenshot" link on diff viewer page causes error

What's the URL of the page containing the problem? Any diff viewer page. What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Go to a review request that you own, and view the diff. 2. Click "Upload screenshot". What is the expected output? What do you see instead? I should be taken to the upload screenshot form, but instead get a Page Not Found error. The URL that Review Board is attempting to access is http://reviewboard.server/r/<number>/diff/s/upload/. What operating system are you using? What browser? The problem is present in all OSs and browsers.
Forgot to mention, the "Upload diff" link on the diff viewer page has the same problem.
There's a similar problem with getting back to the review request from a screenshot page. Once you're on /r/#/s/##/, the "View Review Request" button should take you back to /r/#/, but instead it keeps you at the same page. I think this is just an issue of improper relative links.
