1894: Emails should have Sender header

Currently, ReviewBoard sends emails with the From header set to the email address of the review request submitter. To increase inbox deliverability and decrease the probability of being marked as spam, ReviewBoard emails should identify the true sending agent (most importantly, server) in the Sender header. See http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc822#section-4.4.2.
