Describe the enhancement and the motivation for it.

[RR] I need kernel and diagnostics developers to get a Ship It! from a test developer for each check in.  This group will make it easy for them to do so.

I need to be able to add/remove people from the group.

What operating system are you using? What browser?

This is the bugtracker for the review board software itself. You'll need to contact your server administrator to get groups added to your particular server.
