1865: easy_install not working because Paramiko site is down

Just tried to install ReviewBoard.
Successfully completed the steps in the Windows Installation documentation up to the "easy_install ReviewBoard" step.

This command fails on the Paramiko installation.
Looks like www.lag.net/paramiko is down.
Any alternatives for installing on Windows?

You can download and install from source here:
http://github.com/robey/paramiko/

Once it's installed, it will not block your installation.

This isn't something we have control over, but you can either install from source or get the egg from elsewhere.
