186: Hitting "Upload diff" on an unpublished review request errors out

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a new review request.
2. Before publishing, click "Upload diff".

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I would expect to upload a new version of my diff without sending an
e-mail, because I haven't finalized the recipients.  Instead, I get an
error page.

What operating system are you using? What browser?

Windows XP Pro with Firefox 2.0.0.6

Ok, I'm not seeing this anymore.  I saw it a few days ago but I tried to reproduce it
to attach the error message but I couldn't.  I'll reopen it if I see it again.
