What's the URL of the page containing the problem?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create (None - Graphics only) review.
2. Add a screenshot image.
3. Click screenshot thumbnail to open image for comments.
4. Click "Add screenshot" button to add another image.
5. Select image and click "Update".
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The new screenshot should be added and the image being edited should return or the main page should be loaded showing the two thumbnails. Instead, after clicking "Update", "Loading..." displays at the top of the page and never goes away. Clicking back in the browser and refreshing shows both screenshots have been added.
What operating system are you using? What browser?
Ubuntu 10.04 with Firefox 4.0 Beta 6. Also seen on Windows XP with Firefox (not sure of version).
