 I want to perform change and Submit of the source from ReviewBoard.

 Is there already such a method? 

 Please teach it when there is it.

 When there is not it, is there the made plan in future?

I was pretty sure we had a bug open for this, but basically, we're not planning to do this. It won't work for all SCMs, and complicates things quite a bit. We need to be able to have access to a valid checkout, per-user, and have their credentials (which is a security problem). More often than not, it would fail due to merge conflicts, which the user would have to correct and fix on their end anyway.
